Smokey BBQ Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Vegie Delights™ Thick BBQ Sausages
  • 6 button mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 80g baby spinach leaves
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 5 wholemeal Hot Dog rolls
  • Smokey BBQ sauce to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat a frypan on medium heat, add oil and cook mushrooms until just soft. Set aside. Add Thick BBQ Sausages to pan and cook 6-7 minutes.
  2. Step 2

    To serve, top each roll with spinach leaves, tomato, mushrooms and a sausage. Drizzle with sauce.
