Ingredients
- 1 pack of Vegie Delights™ Thick BBQ Sausages
- 6 button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 80g baby spinach leaves
- 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 5 wholemeal Hot Dog rolls
- Smokey BBQ sauce to serve
Method
Step 1
Heat a frypan on medium heat, add oil and cook mushrooms until just soft. Set aside. Add Thick BBQ Sausages to pan and cook 6-7 minutes.Step 2
To serve, top each roll with spinach leaves, tomato, mushrooms and a sausage. Drizzle with sauce.
