Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 can Vegie Delights™ Nutmeat, well chopped
- ½ cup reduced salt BBQ sauce
- 2 sheets puff pastry
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.Step 2
Add spinach, Nutmeat and BBQ Sauce into a large bowl, season and stir to combine.Step 3
Roll out both sheets of puff pastry. Cut in half lengthways.Step 4
Place one-quarter of the mixture down the length of each strip and roll over itself so the filling is encased.Step 5
Cut each into thirds and place (seam side down) onto the prepared tray. Season each with cracked black pepper. Bake for 25 minutes or until puffed and golden.
