Ingredients
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup So Good Prebiotic Soy Milk
- 1 cup water
- ½ heaped tsp ground turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tbsp hemp
- ½ tbsp ground flax
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
Method
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine oats, So Good Prebiotic Soy Milk, water, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, hemp, flax and chia seeds.Step 2
Cook over medium heat and stir until thickened to your desired consistency.Step 3
Transfer into a bowl, top with fresh fruit and sweeten to taste with maple syrup.
