Chilli Dahl is a mildly spiced and highly nutritious dish made with lentils and So Good™ dairy free coconut milk that's easy to cook and a great addition to any Indian meal. Packed with goodness and protein, its easy to make with a quick and easy prep time. Its Vegan friendly and something that all your guests are bound to enjoy. 

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds 
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbs fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional)
  • 200g red lentils or chana lentils
  • 250ml So Good™ unsweetened coconut milk 
  • 350ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon
