Ingredients
- ⅔ cup wholemeal plain flour
- ⅔ cup white plain flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup sultanas
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ¼ cup soy milk
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg white
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line a 20cm x 30cm lamington tin with baking paper.Step 2
Mix together flours, oats, sugar, sultanas, baking powder and cinnamon.Step 3
Beat banana, soy milk, egg and egg white and add to dry mixture. Mix well.Step 4
Place in prepared tin and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked. Cool and cut into bars.
