Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 stick celery
- 1 green apple
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs rolled oats
- 1 tbs walnuts
- 1 cup So Good™ Regular soy milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbs apple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 8 ice cubes
Apple juice can be substituted for apple syrup.
